Common questions
Which paycheck should cover a bill?
Assign an unpaid bill to the paycheck that arrives before its due date. Confirm the actual date and check whether the payment has already reduced the balance you are planning from.
How do I enter rent without counting it twice?
Put the amount to protect from each paycheck in its Rent set-aside field. Do not add that same amount as a bill row. If you still need the amount, use the free Rent Set-Aside Calculator linked above.
What does this worksheet calculate automatically?
It adds bills, rent, essentials, and your reserve, then calculates total protected and money left for each paycheck. You choose which paycheck covers each bill; the paid planner adds automatic date-based sorting and local saving.
Can I open the plan in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Select Download for Excel / Sheets after filling the worksheet. It downloads a .csv file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. The file is created locally in this browser.
Are values typed into the worksheet uploaded?
No. They remain in this browser tab and are not submitted to ClientFlow Tools.
